We have carefully crafted a program that develops the child's skills in dance in a controlled progressive method while embracing creativity and imagery essential to the creation of the artist. Our team is supported by an exceptional management team and given the resources to succeed from their first day. We are looking for exceptional and inspired dance educators to teach at all of our studio locations. In this role, you will work in a dedicated team of dance educators to bring dance to students in our communities.
In this role you will:
- Teach dance lessons to students age 18 months through 18 years.
- Prepare class lessons and materials from our provided curriculum and class progression outlines.
- Interact with and build essential relationships with parents and our dancers.
- Contribute to our team communication board, actively interacting and supporting your Education Team Colleagues.
- Actively pursue continuing education and skill development
- Commit to building the whole person and giving equal yet personalized opportunities for growth and advancement to each student.

- Choreography skills and training in multiple genres and ages are highly sought. You believe in the importance of training to the dancers' overall success and that immersion in the core genre of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Contemporary develop the body, mind, and soul in the most complete and efficient way.
- A desire to make our studio your studio home, with the intent of joining the team and remaining as a permanent member of our education team.
The Essentials
- The ability to teach dance classes to multiple ages and in multiple genres
- Current driver's license and access to a car.
- Willing to have a background check.
Hours of Work: Weeknights and/or Saturday mornings. Potential early afternoons

- Creative license extended in the form of music selection and choreography opportunities for the spring show.
- Opportunity may be extended to create works for competition dance based on previous experience and drive.
- An operations team supports your success by managing all enrollments, accounts, and marketing
- Direct Deposit, Bi-weekly
- Faculty Office for breaks and minor administrative work in relation to your position
Payment – hourly and competitive, based on experience and availability.
