Lake Shore Dance

Level 1 (6 year Olds)                                          Level 2 (7 Year f)

1.5 hour class, 1 time per week                                          Course material:   Tap, Ballet, and Jazz .

It's an exciting season for your 6 or 7 year old dancer!   Your child is ready to dance and we have the program to guide them to excellence, whether they are just starting out or ready to start their dance journey with us. 

In this class, students learn 3 core techniques.  Students build rhythm and musicality skills in tap, body alignment and control in ballet, and energetic execution in jazz.   The three techniques compliment one another beautifully to give your student excellent dance foundations.   

Your child is absolutely unique and creative. They will have the opportunity to explore their creativity in carefully crafted activities that are engaging, memorable, and full of fun!

Your student gains focus and retention as they proudly learn to love to work hard and find pride in their accomplishments supported by our passionate faculty that celebrates your child's successes right along with them each week!  

Please register your child by their age as of September 1 for optimal class placement. 

Class requirements:  

Girls -  Pink Ballet shoes, Black Patent Leather Tap Shoes, Pink Tights, and Black Leos (or dance dresses/dance skirts)

Boys - Black Ballet Shoes, Black Tie Tap shoes, Black pants/shorts, White Shirt

Optional:  Jazz shoes
